Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to the details you send me through the brief form on this website. It is short because I collect very little.
Who is responsible
Romsa Studio, operated by Rom Shason, Israel. You can reach me through the brief form on the home page or at romshason1@gmail.com.
What I collect and why
- What you type into the brief form: your name, email, project type, budget, website and message. I use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote, which is a step you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical logs kept by the hosting provider for security, such as IP address and time of visit, for a short period (legitimate interest in keeping the site safe, Art. 6(1)(f)).
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts and code are hosted on this site, so just browsing it does not make your browser contact Google or other third parties; only pressing Send on the brief form contacts Web3Forms.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., USA, which acts as my processor. When you press Send, the brief form passes your details to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form service that delivers them to my inbox as an email; it may keep a copy for a limited time under its own privacy policy. My email runs on Gmail (Google). Transfers outside the EU rely on these providers' own data protection terms.
How long I keep it
If we don't work together, I delete your brief within 12 months. If we do, I keep project emails and invoices for as long as tax law requires (in Israel, generally 7 years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how I use them. Write to me and I'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
Age
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Concept brands shown in the demos (ONYX, Sneakers Vault, PRISMA, KAIRO, Loomwork, Orrin) are fictional. Their own privacy pages are part of each demo and do not apply to this website.
