Concept site: KAIRO Energy B.V. is fictional, and the company details are placeholders (addresses and emails use the reserved .example domain). On a real site, every page is filled with the real business details and reviewed by a lawyer in the business's country.

These terms apply when you buy from KAIRO Energy B.V. on this site. If you're a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights the law of your country gives you.

1. Who sells to you

KAIRO Energy B.V., Voorbeeldstraat 1, 1000 AA Amsterdam, Netherlands. Company details: Legal Notice.

2. Products and prices

We describe products as accurately as we can; colours on screen can differ slightly. Prices include VAT. Where your country has a deposit on cans, it is added at checkout as a separate line (see Product Information). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees.

3. How the contract is made

• Add products to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your details; you can correct them at any time on the checkout page before paying.
• You see a summary of your order and the total. Clicking "Buy now" (for subscriptions "Subscribe and pay") means you are ordering with an obligation to pay.
• We confirm by email, with these terms attached. The contract is made when we send that confirmation. We store your order; you can ask us for a copy at any time.
• The contract is concluded in English. If a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, we tell you and refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider (for example Shopify Payments or Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

5. Age

Our drinks contain caffeine (80 mg per can). We only sell to people aged 16 and over, and you confirm your age at checkout.

6. Subscriptions

• What you agree to: a pack delivered every month, charged on the same day each month at the subscription price (currently 15% below the one-time price), plus delivery and any can deposit shown at checkout, until you cancel. The price can only change as described under "Price changes".
• Before you pay we show the price, how often you'll be charged and how to cancel, and you tick a box to confirm.
• Cancel online, any time, without logging in: use the Cancel your subscription page (linked in the footer of every page) or the link in every order email. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the next charge stops that charge. You get a confirmation email straight away.
• Price changes: we tell you at least 30 days before; you can cancel before it applies.
• Skips and pauses are free. Each delivery has the same withdrawal right as a one-time order.

7. Delivery, withdrawal and refunds

8. Legal guarantee

If a product is faulty or not as described, you have the legal guarantee of conformity (at least 2 years in the EU, 3 years in Portugal, and your statutory rights in the UK and elsewhere). We repair, replace or refund at no cost.

9. Our liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Reviews

We only show reviews from verified customers, we show negative reviews too, and we never pay for or write reviews. (On this concept site, reviews are clearly marked as samples.)

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you're a consumer you can also rely on the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and bring a claim in your local courts.
