Not necessarily. I build the site itself, with all the effects. For payments, a small brand can use Stripe on its own, and a bigger catalogue can run Shopify behind the scenes for orders and stock. Either way, you see every sale in their dashboard and the money goes straight to you.
You get 30 days of fixes and a written handover guide. If you'd like ongoing updates and backups, the care plan covers that.
