Write to us first; most problems are solved in a day. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it.
Portugal: in case of a dispute you can use the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or another entity listed at consumidor.gov.pt.
