Concept site: Sneakers Vault SAS is fictional, and the company details are placeholders (addresses and emails use the reserved .example domain). On a real site, every page is filled with the real business details and reviewed by a lawyer in the business's country.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

We ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal, insured and with a signature on delivery. Delivery is free (1 to 3 working days); same-day hand delivery in Paris costs €25 and is shown before you pay. Prices include VAT. Every pair gets one last check in our Paris studio before it leaves.

If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it. This doesn't limit your legal guarantee.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last one. To cancel, send us a clear statement, for example by email to hello@sneakersvault.example, or use the model form below. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your notice before the 14 days end. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until we've received the goods back (or proof you've sent them). We refund to the original payment method, free of charge. You pay the return shipping unless we say otherwise, and you're only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what's needed to see whether the product is right for you.

Our numbered tag

Every pair travels with a numbered Sneakers Vault tag that matches our inspection record. Please keep it attached while you decide: you may try the pair on indoors, as you would in a shop, but removing the tag or wearing the pair outside goes beyond checking it, and we may reduce your refund by the loss in value this causes. This does not limit your withdrawal right.

If a pair ever turned out not to be authentic, we refund you in full, including delivery, with no time limit.
