Concept site: Loomwork, Inc. is fictional, and the company details are placeholders (addresses and emails use the reserved .example domain). On a real site, every page is filled with the real business details and reviewed by a lawyer in the business's country.
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 17 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Loomwork, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or reduced motion.
Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Loomwork is a business-to-business service; we follow the same standard as consumer sites.
What we've done
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Colour contrast checked to at least 4.5:1 for text.
- Every action works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline; focus stays inside open dialogs, Escape closes them, and closed panels are removed from the tab order.
- Form fields have labels and clear error messages that explain how to fix the problem.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting; nothing flashes more than 3 times a second.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- The animated background and 3D knot are decorative and hidden from screen readers.
- The product tour opens with focus on its Play/Pause button: Space plays or pauses it, Escape closes it.
- Motion is reduced automatically if your system asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
Decorative 3D and animated graphics have no text alternative because they carry no information that isn't also in the text. Automated tests cover only part of WCAG; we also test manually with a keyboard.
Tested with
Automated checks (Lighthouse accessibility score 100) and manual keyboard testing. Last reviewed 17 October 2026.
